EquipTrail is designed for construction teams, not software teams. The allocation form has three fields: item, person, site. That's it. Most site managers are comfortable in under 15 minutes. If you're ever stuck, email us — we respond fast.
A 'user' is anyone who signs into EquipTrail — typically your admin and a few site supervisors who hand out equipment. A 'person' is anyone who can receive equipment — crew, contractors, operators. People are unlimited on every plan. Only login users count toward your plan limit.
