Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using EquipTrail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

EquipTrail is a SaaS platform for equipment and tool tracking. It is provided on an "as-is" basis for operational use.

Subscriptions & Billing

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial.
• After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue access.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew via PayFast.
• You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You may not use EquipTrail for illegal purposes, to store unlawful data, or to attempt to breach the security of the platform or other tenants.

Data Ownership

All data you enter into EquipTrail remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your operational data.

Limitation of Liability

EquipTrail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
